Early in his career Michael was the principal owner of a successful import company. In 1986 he enlisted in the army. He graduated from engineering school at Ft. Belvoir and was deployed to Baumholder Germany. Because Michael has always excelled in athletics, he was chosen to represent Baumholder as a member of the power lifting team. The time spent in the Army taught Michael discipline and team work.
After being honorably discharged from the Army, Michael embarked on a career in the fitness industry, managing and coaching. As a result, he was able to make some contacts in the software industry. He took his discipline and team work he learned in the military and combined it with the management skills he learned from the fitness industry and has had a long successful career in software sales.
Whether it was an on-premise-based PBX, an IP server, a hosted (cloud) based phone system, content management software, or 911 recording software, Michael had the discipline and team spirit to succeed in numerous industries.
Outside of work Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Kitty and of course lifting weights, playing basketball, and running at the track.
Alex brings 40-plus years of professional selling, business management, manufacturing, and Renewable Energy experience. He has assisted corporations with acquiring the right technical talent for long-term business sustainability. His skills and experience are focused on top-line revenue growth, operations, sales execution, profit enhancement, and strategic planning services.
Alex has held sales executive roles in small to large organizations, actively participated on multiple corporate boards, led business turnaround situations, and founded nine start-ups. Industry segment experiences include Computer Technology, Government, and Healthcare.
Most of his work has been in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Sales disciplines. Alex received an MBA with a focus on strategic planning giving him the training to start multiple companies. He is very accustomed to forging strategic growth and top-line sales achievement.
Additional experience includes developing effective policies and procedures that support long-term objectives, improve operational efficiencies, and maximize employee productivity. A two-time INC 500 Winner, four-time MICHIGAN 100, five-time FUTURE 100 winner.
